Our coastlines are facing a severe threat from plastic pollution.
This pervasive material pollutes our beaches and harms marine ecosystems. Wildlife often mistake plastic debris for food, leading to entanglement and ingestion. These issues can cause injury, starvation, and even death among various species. We must take action to protect our shores and the creatures that call them home.
A cleaner environment benefits both wildlife and future generations, so that is why WaveMe will be holding beach cleaning events through 2025.

Although we all know this is a much wider spread and deeper issue which many are trying to tackle, every little bit helps - every little bit of recovered tackle helps!
Our main company focus is life balance and the great-outdoors, so what better way to do something positive in the process of achieving that life balance and getting outdoors.
We always like to give something back and with sustainability at the forefront of our mind, we are please to share our adventure with you. We will be even happier if you can be a part of that journey too.
We aim to hold regular beach clean mornings or afternoons in many areas accross the UK where not only can we help preserve the shores and protect wildlife, but we can meet more like-minded people and share the adventurer.
WaveMe was built on a philosophy - Taking time out in nature to appreciate all that this beautiful world has to offer us for free. Not buying into fast fashion, the need to constantly upgrade and bin and always giving back where you can.
This is just one very small way that we can give back and we would love you to be a part of that. Sometimes things are more fun with more people involved and we are aware that many families would not enjoy this kind of activity on their own.

We can also help recycle much of the waste by working closely with Behaviour Change Cornwal who turn recovered washed up beach plastic into beautiful jewellery and coasters.
