Will I be charged for making a return?

We offer a complimentary returns service using UPS. If you choose to use an alternative postal service, the cost of the return will be at your expense.

If using an alternative service, our returns address is 7 The Old Coach House, Silver Street, Wiveliscombe, Somerset, TA4 2PA. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit through alternative couriers.

If you are returning all items within your order, your refund will include the original postage charge. If you are returning part of an order, you'll be refunded the cost of those goods only.

How Long will my refund take?

Once the item/s in your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm safe receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved

Any refund due will be processed as soon as your return is approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original order method of payment (usually within 14 days, often much sooner).
